One of my well wisher motivated me for blogging on chess for my friends. I am really grateful to him!
For me chess is a hobby at top priority and first priority to play and promote and motivate youngsters to become A- Category players of chess.
I believe Buckminster's view " All the children born talented; but out of 10,000 -- 9,999 moulded ordinary unknowingly by treatment of adults"
Before writing on chess talent I want to begin with swami Vivekananda on eve of 12th Jan
to understand attitude.

Teach your self, teach every one, his real nature, call upon the sleeping soul & see how it awakened. Power will come, Glory will come, Goodness will come, Purity will come, and every thing that is excellent will come, when this sleeping soul is roused to self conscious activity.***
